Or you can use a prompt like, “What questions should I ask to help me understand the specifics of [request]” to help you prepare for a meeting with leadership.
- Free AI tools provide a simple way to create alternate communication formats for different audiences. Simply feed a version of your messaging into a tool like ChatGPT and you can request a variety of outputs like bullet points, paragraph-based narratives, emails, and more. You can even ask the tool to rework complex content into a more conversational and easily digestible tone.

Boosting productivity and efficiency with automation + AI
Documents are a critical part of every business, from contracts and sales agreements to price quotes, invoices, customer communications, and more. And it’s important that those documents include the right information, in the right place, every time. Prior to implementing Conga solutions in 2020, Anna was responsible for building reports from Salesforce as part of the yearly account review process. Sales reps would then download the reports and manually combine them into a single spreadsheet.
Using Conga Composer, Anna was able to create a one-click solution that allows sales reps to instantly generate a spreadsheet with all the information they need for their account review, including custom objects associated with the account, case, or opportunity. The spreadsheets can be customized to meet the sales reps’ needs and used to provide a comprehensive view of the account. Sales reps can further enhance their account reviews by using ChatGPT to summarize the report data.
Anna explains that, with this one use case alone, Conga Composer saved her approximately 150 hours over the course of the year. Rather than creating Salesforce reports manually and working with sales reps to customize them, Composer allowed her to automate the process—increasing speed without sacrificing accuracy. Additionally, her sales reps were also freed from tedious manual tasks associated with account reviews, allowing them to spend more time selling.
