Analyzing Conga Smart CPQ’s Capabilities 

Gartner found Conga Smart CPQ to be a good option for selling a wide range of tangible goods, especially when integrated with Conga’s price optimization solutions.  

The software’s product selection capabilities were among the best for vendors evaluated in this report. This includes a highly usable sales catalog, product search, product comparison, eligibility filtering, and more.

The end-user UI is fast, easy to use, and includes powerful bulk updates and goal-seeking price adjustments. In the demo shown to Gartner, the tool was able to edit an extremely large quote with good application response times. It was also able to generate a very large proposal within 20 seconds.  

Overall, Conga Smart CPQ earned a top ranking (either #1 or #2) in five of the seven critical use cases evaluated in this report.
